Abstract
Upravljanje rizikom danas je posebna grana upravljanja. Rizik u poslovanju je postojao oduvijek, međutim danas u doba globalizacije, značajno je izražen. Kako u poslovanju općenito, rizik je prisutan i u bankarskom poslovanju. Bankarski sustav je temelj razvitka svake ekonomije. Drugim riječima, bez kvalitetnog bankarskog sustava, nema ni razvoja gospodarstva. Dakle, banke imaju bitnu ulogu u plasiranju financijskih sredstava u gospodarski sektor. Kako bi bankarski sustav bio stabilan, važno je prepoznati rizike koji mu prijete. Također važno je upravljati tim rizicima, odnosno važno je primijeniti različite metode praćenja tih rizika, kako bi se mogle donositi kvalitetne poslovne odluke. Tako se mogu smanjiti ili eliminirati utjecaji rizika na poslovanje bankarskog sustava.
Abstract (english)
Risk management is today, a special branch management. The risk in business is always there, but today, in the age of globalization, it is significantly expressed. As in business generally, the risk is also present in the banking system.. The banking system is the basis for the development of any economy. In other words, without the quality of the banking system, there is no economic development. Thus, banks have an important role in placing funds in the economic sector. In order for the banking system to be stable, it is important to recognize the risks that threaten it.. It is also important to manage these risks and to apply various methods for monitoring these risks, in order to be able to make good business decisions. In this way the banks, can reduce or eliminate the effects of risk on the operations of the banking system
