Abstract
Ovaj završni rad analizira pneumatike cestovnih vozila, ističući njihovu ključnu ulogu u sigurnosti, udobnosti i učinkovitosti. Rad pokriva različite aspekte razvoja i proizvodnje pneumatika, od odabira sirovina do kontrole kvalitete. Proučavaju se glavni dijelovi pneumatika, uključujući koeficijent otpora kotrljanja i prianjanja, koji utječu na performanse vozila. Isto tako istražen je i utjecaj pneumatika na potrošnju goriva, pri čemu se optimizacija otpora kotrljanja i prianjanja ističe kao važan faktor u smanjenju potrošnje. Zaključak rada naglašava važnost pravilne selekcije, održavanja i inovacija u razvoju pneumatika, koji značajno doprinose sigurnosti i ekonomičnosti vožnje.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis analyzes the tires of road vehicles, highlighting their key role in safety, comfort, and efficiency. The paper covers various aspects of tire development and production, from material selection to quality control. The main components of tires are examined, including the rolling resistance and traction coefficients, which impact vehicle performance. The impact of tires on fuel consumption is also explored, with the optimization of rolling resistance and traction highlighted as important factors in reducing fuel use. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of proper tire selection, maintenance, and innovation in tire development, which significantly contribute to driving safety and fuel efficiency.
