Abstract
Maslina i maslinovo ulje su jedne od najvažnijih namirnica za ljude na Mediteranu više od 3000 godina. U današnje vrijeme, sa sve većim porastom broja srčanih bolesti i bolesti krvožilnih sustava, maslinovo ulje je priznato i cijenjeno u svijetu kao jedna od namirnica koja smanjuje rizik od tih bolesti, te potražnja za njim raste iz godine u godinu. Republika Hrvatska, kao zemlja na Mediteranu, ima dugu tradiciju i odlične uvjete za proizvodnju maslinovih ulja visoke kvalitete koja mogu postići dobar plasman na svjetskom tržištu. U ovom radu sam obradio temu najpoznatijih i najkvalitetnijih hrvatskih autohtonih maslinovih ulja.
Abstract (english)
Olives and olive oil have been one of the most important foods for people in the Mediterranean for over 3000 years. Nowadays, with the growing number of heart diseases and diseases of the circulatory system, olive oil is recognized and valued in the world as one of the foods that reduces the risk of these diseases, and the demand for it is growing from year to year. The Republic of Croatia, as a country in the Mediterranean, has a long tradition and excellent conditions for the production of high quality olive oils that can achieve good placement on the world market. In this paper, I have dealt with the topic of the most famous and highest quality Croatian autochthonous olive oils.
