Abstract | Voće je definitivno nezamjenjivo u ljudskoj prehrani jer organizmu osigurava veoma znaĉajne makro i mikro nutritivne komponente neophodne za pravilno funkcioniranje organizma i dobro zdravlje. |

Although today suply is not so diverse, there are some new species, like papaya, kiwano, physalis, kumkquat, mangosteen, pepino etc. Croatian market of food is relatively small, and purchasing power of citizens is low compared to other states of European Union. Previous researches show that Croats decisions about shopping depends on price. Consumers believe domestic products more, and advertising, packing and tehnology of processing have the sinificant role of shopping. Probably, in the future Croats will meet more and more sorts of tropical fruit and decide to buy them. |
