Abstract
Poduzeće svoj cilj ostvaruje ljudskim radom koji prethodno i organizira zbog djelotvornosti i uspjeha. U današnje vrijeme radnike treba smatrati kao partnere poduzeća te menadžment treba uvidjeti njihove potencijale kako bi čim više svojim djelotvornim radom doprinosili uspjehu i napretku poduzeća. Služba koja se bavi ljudima odnosno kadrovima u poduzeću je kadrovska služba. Funkcija kadrovske službe je ključna za opstanak i razvoj poduzeća jer zahtijeva analizu posla, radnika, procesa, regrutiranje, selekciju, usavršavanje i unapređenje kadrova. Cilj ovoga rada je pobliže objasniti pojam i proces kadroviranja te njegovu konkretnu primjenu u poduzeću Zagrebačka pivovara.
Abstract (english)
The company achives goals by human work whick previously they need to organize for efficinency and success. Nowdays, workers should be considered as business partners and management needs to see their potential so they can progress and success by their work. The staffing department in the company is the personnel department. Staffing is key to survive and eneterprise development because it requres job, employee, process analysis, recruitment, selection, improvement and improvement of staff. Main purpose of this paper is to explain the concept and process of staffing and its specific application in the Zagrebačka pivovara company.
