AbstractU radu je obrađena tema društveno odgovornog poslovanja i inoviranja gastronomske ponude s osvrtom na riblji restoran „Fešta“ na otoku Žutu, Kornati. Obzirom na važnost društveno odgovornog poslovanja i inovacija za uspjeh poduzeća, u radu se analizira poslovanje navedenog restorana, s posebnim osvrtom na promociju, društveno odgovorno poslovanje, inovacije u gastronomiji, događanja i unapređenje tehnologije. Govoreći o restoranu Fešti kroz sve navedene stavke, može se reći da Fešta izvrsno balansira kombinaciju potonje navedenih stavki, te svoje poslovanje čini veoma uspješnim, bez obzira na njezin specifičan geografski položaj.

Parallel abstract (English)In this paper the main issue is corporate social responsibility and innovation of gastronomy with emphasis on seafood restaurant "Fešta" on the island of Žut, national park Kornati . Regarding the importance of corporate social responsibility and innovation for the success of the company, this paper analyzes the business of the restaurant “Fešta”, with a special emphasis on the promotion , corporate social responsibility , innovation in gastronomy, events and improving technology . Speaking of the restaurant, through all of these things, it can be said that the restaurant has an excellent balance and combination of the mentioned things , as well as they make their business to be very successful , regardless of its specific geographical location.
