AbstractZuma je suvremeni japanski restoran. U ovom restoranu jela se pripremaju u tri odvojene kuhinje- roštilju, sushi baru te u glavnoj kuhinji. Ono sto ovaj restoran razlikuje od ostalih je stil konzumranja hrane. Ovdje sva jela dolaze na stol čim su spremna, te dolaze na sredinu stola, dizajnirana tako da se hrana dijeli. Stil pripreme hrane je autentičan, ali ne tradicionalan. Zanimljiv je način kako su se ovdje spojili sama ideja inovatora, te novac koji je bio potreban za stvaranje ovog svjetski poznatog branda. Dva osnivača, Arjun Waney i Rainer Becker nisu se uopće poznavali kada se i kod jednog i kod drugog rodila ideja o osnivanju ovog restorana. Rainer Becker, inspiriran japanskom kulturom, razvio je cijeli koncet, no nije imao potrebna sredstva za realizaciju. U isto vrijeme, Arjun Waney biva odbijen na vratima jednog japanskog restorana nekoliko puta, u čemu je ovaj poznati poslovni čovjek uvidio priliku za pokretanje posla. Svoje ideje su gotovo istodobno ispričali svom frizeru, ne znajući jedan za drugoga. Arjun se pozalio kako nema razvijenu ideju, a Rainer Becker kako nema sredstva. Frizer je u konačnici spojio ova dva inovatora, te je tako nastao prvi Zuma restoran, 2002. godine u Londonu.

Parallel abstract (English)Zuma is contemporary japanese restaurant. In ths restaurant dishes are preparing in three seperate areas- grill, sushi bar and main ktchen. Difference between this and other restaurants is specific dining style. All dishes are coming on table as soon as they are ready, in the middle of the table, and they are ment to be shared. Style of making food is authentic but not traditional. What is interesting here is the way how idea of inovator and money came together to create this worldwide known brand.Two founders, Arjun Waney and Rainer Becker didn't even know each other at the time when both of them got idea about opening this kinf of restaurant. Rainer Becker, inspired by japanese culture made all concept but he didn't have money to make that happen. At same time, Arjun Waney got rejected on the doors of one japanese restaurant few times because it was fully booked, and he realized that could be good business opportunity to open restaurant like this. Almost at same time they told their ideas to hairdresser, stiil not knowing about each other. Arjun said how he doesn't have full idea, and Rainer how he doesn't have money. Finally, hairdresser connected these two inovators, and that is how first Zuma restaurant was launched in London, 2002.
