Abstract
Mesne prerađevine su, uz meso, jedna od osnovnih namirnica kod skoro svakog čovjeka,. Mesne prerađevine su specifična roba u transportu i ne mogu se prevoziti bilo kako. Ambalaža mesnih prerađevina je raznovrsna, ali ima i više funkcija. Osim one primarne, zaštite proizvoda, ambalaža treba biti i informativnog i promotivnog karaktera. Za transport prerađevina moraju se isključivo koristiti kamioni – hladnjače i uvjeti moraju biti prilagođeni proizvodu Kako bi olakšali transport mogu koristiti karnet TIR koji smanjuje birokraciju u prijevozu robe. Transportne tehnologije koje se najčešće koriste su palete, kontejneri, viličari i hladnjače. Cjelokupni transport, uz carinu, regulira se transportnim tarifama.
Abstract (english)
Meat and meat products are one of the basic foods of the human diet. Meat products have specific conditions of transport and storage. Various packaging materials used for a various meat products and they are functional. Except its primary function of protecting the product, the packaging should also be informative and promotional nature. For transportation of the meat, products must be exclusively used trucks - refrigerators and which enable specific condition. In order to facilitate transportation can be used TIR carnet, which reduces bureaucracy in the transport of goods. Transport technologies that are commonly used are pallets, containers and trucks -refrigerated. Entire transportation with customs duties regulated with the transportation tariffs.
