AbstractTema završnog rada su inovacije u poslovanju turističkih posrednika, a za posrednike u turizmu može se reći da imaju ulogu koordinatora i realizatora interesa pružatelja i korisnika turističkih proizvoda i usluga. Temeljna preokupacija je stvaranje konkurentske prednosti na tržištu što više nije moguće postići samo nižim cijenama, njihovom kvalitetom ili paletom izbora, već prvenstveno brzinom uvođenja novih i superiornijih proizvoda na tržištu. Razvoj tehnologije ključan je za inovacije unutar turističkog sustava jer će osigurati primjerene pretpostavke poput kreiranja prihvatljivog softvera i umrežavanja koje će poboljšati komunikaciju s partnerima i klijentima. Praćenje trendova i primjena inovacija postaju dio filozofije poslovanja. U radu se analiziraju različiti inovativni procesi u turističkim poduzećima. Ključne riječi: Inovacije, turistički posrednici, tehnologije, sustavi.

Parallel abstract (English)The theme of the final work of innovation in business tourism intermediaries, and intermediaries in the tourism industry can be said to play the role of coordinators and implementers of the interests of providers and users of tourism products and services. The basic concern is to create a competitive advantage in the market which is not possible only with a lower price, their quality and range of choice, but rather the speed of introduction of new and superior products to market. The development of technology is a key innovation within the tourism system as it will ensure adequate assumptions such as the creation of acceptable software and networking that will improve communications with partners and customers. Monitoring trends and application of innovation are becoming part of business philosophy. This paper analyzes the various innovative, processes .
