AbstractProučavanje čimbenika ponašanja menadžera i njihova utjecaja na učinkovitost zaposlenika doprinosi kreiranju poslovne izvrsnosti organizacije. Neprekidno i trajno je potrebno razvijati i usavršavati najvrjedniji resurs organizacije: znanja i vještine zaposlenika. Učinkovitost, razina poslovne izvrsnosti, konkurentnost i tržišni položaj predstavljaju snagu organizacije koja se gradi na kreativnosti, sposobnosti i doprinosu zaposlenika. Suvremena ekonomija se temelji na društvu znanja. U informatičkom dobu kontinuiranih promjena, motiviranje zaposlenika ima izuzetan značaj u ostvarivanju ciljeva. Primjerenim ponašanjem i učinkovitim vodstvom menadžeri potiču razvoj ljudskih potencijala, stvara se ugodno poslovno ozračje i pozitivna slika organizacije u javnosti. Organizacije u kojima upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ima planski i strateški značaj dugoročno ostvaruju najbolje poslovne rezultate.

Parallel abstract (English)The study of the factors of managerial behavior and their impact on employee performance contributes to the creation of business excellence organizations. Continuous and permanent need to develop and improve the most valuable resource of the organization: the knowledge and skills of employees. The efficiency, level of business excellence, competitiveness and market position are the strength of the organization based on the creativity, skills and contributions of employees. The modern economy is based on the knowledge society. In the information era of continuous change, motivating employees is extremely important in achieving objectives. With appropriate behavior and effective leadership managers encourage the development of human resources, create a favorable business climate and positive public image of the organization. Organizations where human resources management has planned and strategic importance in the long run achieve the best business results.
