AbstractKvaliteta je pojam koji je široko prihvaćen u velikom broju poduzeća širom svijeta. Suvremeni koncepti kvalitete i sustavi upravljanja kvalitetom, sa svojim postulatima, predstavljaju efektivno i efikasno sredstvo ostvarenja temeljnih ciljeva tvrtke osiguravajući time opstanak i prosperitet tvrtke. S obzirom da je drugom velikom revizijom normi usvojen princip neprekidnog poboljšavanja sustava upravljanja kvalitetom potrebno je u sustavu kontinurano pratiti procese putem utvrđenih parametara, odnosno putem široko prihvaćenih metoda i alata utjecati na ukupno poboljšavanje sustava sukladno zahtjevima norme ISO 9001:2000. U ovom radu se definira problem upravljanja kvalitetom i što ono znači za svako poduzeće, glavni dio rada se odnosi na alate i metode u procesu rješavanje problema u sustavu upravljanja kvalitetom.

Parallel abstract (English)Quality is a term that is widely accepted in many businesses around the world. The modern concepts of quality and quality management systems, with its postulates, are effective and efficient means of achieving the fundamental objectives of the company, thereby ensuring the survival and prosperity of the company. As the second major revision of standards adopted principle of continuous improvement of quality management system should be in the system to continuously monitor the process through the established parameters or through a widely accepted methods and tools to influence the improvement of the system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000. This paper defines the problem of quality management and what it means for each company, the main part of the work related to tools and methods in the process of solving problems in quality management system.
