AbstractAlkoholna pića dobivaju se kroz dva temeljna postupka, a to su fermentacija i destilacija. Sadrže između 3 i 80% etanola. Alkoholna pića dijele se na jaka alkoholna pića i alkoholna pića, ovisno o udjelu alkohola. Među najpoznatija alkoholna pića spadaju rum, votka, konjak, gin, whisky, sake, mastika, maraschino, tekila i mnoga druga pića. Alkoholna pića imaju izrazit utjecaj na ljudski organizam koji može rezultirati i pozitivnim i negativnim posljedicama.

Parallel abstract (English)Alcoholic beverages are obtained by two basic proces, by fermentation and destillation. Alcoholic beverages contain between 3 and 80% of ethanol. With regars to the content on ethanol alcoholic beverages are divided into strong alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages. Most famous alcoholic beverages are rum, vodka, cognac, gin, whisky, maraschino, tequilaandothers. Consumption of alcoholic beverages has strong impact on human organism that can result with positive and negative consequences.
