AbstractPostoje različiti kriteriji podjele hrane. Nutricionisti ih dijele s obzirom na njihov sastav. Može ih se dijeliti s obzirom na njihovo podrijetlo. Međutim, u prometu ih se dijeli prema pokvarljivosti što direktno uvjetuje brzinu i način njihovog transporta. Prilikom prijevoza lakopokvarljivih namirnica važna je brzina s kojom će se to obaviti. Da bi bilo moguće zadovoljiti tu potrebu, potrebno je poštivati tehnologiju prijevoza kako nebi došlo do neplaniranih zastoja. Isto tako, bitno je i poštivanje zakonskih odredbi koje su donesene kako bi se hranu prilikom prijevoza što više zaštitilo od mogućeg kvarenja. Bitan segment je i faza u kojoj hrana čeka na prijevoz tj. skladištenje. Proces prijevoza se može ubrzati primjenom odgovarajućih transportnih uređaja i manipulativne opreme te se zbog toga tome posvećuje posebna pažnja. Isto tako, bitna su i prijevozna sredstva čija uloga nije samo prijevoz već i zaštita lakopokvarljive hrane od mogućeg kvarenja.

Parallel abstract (English)There are different criteria for Classification of Food. Nutritionists are divided with respect to their composition. It can be shared with regard to its origin. However, when it comes to transport food is divided according to decay, which directly determines the speed and manner of their transportation. When transporting perishable foods important is the speed with which this will be done. To meet this need, it is necessary to respect the technology transfer so as to prevent unplanned delays. Likewise, it is essential to compliance with legal provisions that are in place to protect the food as much as possible of spoilage during transport. An important segment is the stage at which food is waiting for transport ie. storage. Transportation process can be accelerated by applying appropriate transport equipment and handling equipment and therefore it receive special attention. Also, important are the means of transport whose role is not only transport but also the protection of perishable foods from a possible spoiling.
