AbstractKomunikacija je proces slanja informacija sebi ili bilo kojem drugom entitetu, najčešće putem jezika. U modernome društvu različiti ljudi komuniciraju na različite načine, baš kao i ljudi u različitim društvima diljem svijeta, a način na koji ljudi komuniciraju je način na koji žive. Interkulturna komunikacija je oblik komunikacije kojemu je cilj razmjena informacija preko različitih kultura i društvenih skupina. Veliki dio neverbalnog ponašanja ukorijenjen je u kulturi. Jedan od najvećih izazova globalizacije jeste njen utjecaj na kulturu i društvo. Poslovna komunikacija pomaže organizacijama u boljem funkcioniranju i ostvarivanju uspjeha na poslovnom planu. Za razumijevanje uloge kulture u međunarodnoj poslovnoj komunikaciji, ključne su etnografija komunikacije i interakcijska sociolingvistika. Velika raznolikost svjetskih kultura čine neke nemogućnosti za bilo kojeg pregovarača, bez obzira koliko je vješt i iskusan.

Parallel abstract (English)Communication is the process of sending information to himself or to any other entity, typically through language. In modern society different people communicate in different ways, just like people in different societies around the world and the way people communicate the way they live. Intercultural communication is a form of communication aimed at the exchange of information across different cultures and social groups. Much of the non-verbal behavior is rooted in the culture. One of the biggest challenges of globalization is its impact on culture and society. Business communication can help organizations function better and achieving success in this business. To understand the role of culture in international business communication are key ethnography of communication and interaction sociolinguistics. The great diversity of world cultures make some impossibility for any negotiator, no matter how skilled and experienced.
