Abstract Prehrana je jako važna za svakog čovjeka ponaosob te se mnogi odgovori o prehrani nalaze u
načinu života, genetici i nasljednima karakteristikama, okolini, karakteristikama društva u
kojemu živi itd. Pravilna prehrana i zdravlje ljudi u današnje je vrijeme sve češća tema, ali i
sve teže dostižan cilj. Naime, razina znanja o važnim pitanjima života svakog čovjeka poput
zdravlja, osobne higijene, pravilne prehrane iznimno je niska, a, osim toga, prisutne su i
razne zablude i stavovi koji nameću svoja stajališta. Pravilna prehrana svakog čovjeka trebala
bi se temeljiti na tri ključna principa, a to su: uravnoteženost, raznolikost i umjerenost. Ovi su
principi jako važni za sve ljude, a posebno za one koji pate od raznih alergija ili intolerancija
na hranu. Pored toga, važno je poštovati svakog čovjeka i njegovu vjeru, a sukladno tome i
restrikcije u prehrani koji vrijede u toj vjeri. Svaki je čovjek jednako vrijedan i njegov način
prehrane, njegova vjera i stavovi jednako su važni kao i od svakog drugog čovjeka. Upravo je
zbog toga potrebno poštovati način prehrane svakog čovjeka, a s aspekta turističkog objekta
važno je osigurati da ima mogućnost pripremati i posluživati raznoliku hranu s jasno
izraženom deklaracijom kako bi svatko mogao konzumirati ono što želi i smije.
Abstract (english) Nutrition is very important for each person and many answers about nutrition are in lifestyle,
genetics and hereditary characteristics, environment, characteristics of the society in which he
lives, etc. Proper nutrition and human health is nowadays a more common topic, but also
increasingly difficult achievable goal. Namely, the level of knowledge about important issues
of every man's life such as health, personal hygiene, proper nutrition is extremely low, and, in
addition, there are various misconceptions and attitudes that impose their views. Proper
nutrition of every human being should be based on three key principles, namely: balance,
diversity and moderation. These principles are very important for all people, and especially
for those who suffer from various allergies or food intolerances. In addition, it is important to
respect each man and his religion, and accordingly the dietary restrictions that apply in that
religion. Every man is just as valuable and his diet, his faith and attitudes are just as important
as any other man’s. That is why it is necessary to respect the diet of every person, and from
the aspect of a tourist facility it is important to ensure that it has the ability to prepare and
serve a variety of food with a clear declaration so that everyone can consume what they want
and are allowed.
