All sources of rights of European Union are described in my work. It can be said that the European Union is currently the most current issue in our area. On 1 July 2013, the Republic of Croatia became the 28th full member of the European Union with all the rights and obligations arising from that membership. The European Union is a special project based on the participation of 28 heterogeneous member states, accounting for almost half a billion people and sharing the same market. The European Union is based on the values of respect for human freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights as well as members of minorities. The European Union's right can be considered as a form of international law, but the right of the European Union has certain features that international law does not have. Citizens can invite their rights guaranteed by European Union law in the courts of the European Union, and international law is usually to be transposed into national law so that citizens can invite it. The European Union's right usually prevails over the right of the Member States.
