Despite the contemporary age in which we live and the development of society, in all aspects of everyday life we can still see in various ways the various forms of discrimination. In this paper, the topic will be discrimination and its various forms at work and in working relationships. At the very beginning, we will get acquainted with the basic concepts of labor law, such as labor relations and employment contract as a fundamental act of establishing a working relationship. In the course of the paper, we will rely on the very concept of discrimination as the theme of this paper, and we will be introduced to various forms of discrimination, both in basic forms and in the forms we face in the modern world, such as mobbing, gender discrimination, etc. The last part of the paper will be devoted to the subject of legal regulation of discrimination as well as the methods of regulation and combating discrimination, both in domestic legislation and in the legislation of the European Union, whose member is the Republic of Croatia and has thus become a bond of harmonization of domestic legislation and compliance with numerous decrees and EU directives .
