Discrimination in a sense of The Anti-Discrimination Act is putting people, or people who are associated with them through family relation or other types of relation, in unfavorable position. Working relation means personal voluntary work-right functional relationship between worker and employer regardless of the employment contract. In working relation there may be a progressive process that has its own progressive phases, called mobbing. Lack of work is closely linked to caution, and it affects the dignity of workers and labor. Gender Equality is the fundamental principle of the European Union’s legal system and the goal that it systematically promotes and strives to achieve through primary and secondary legislation and gender-aware politics. Gender Equality means that woman and men are equally present in all areas of public and private life, have equal status, equal opportunities for realizing all rights, as well as the same benefit from the results they achieve. The principle that men and woman should receive equal pay for equal work is contained in European contracts since 1957. Our Labor Law is one of the few national laws that more precisely defines equal work and work of equal value. Greater equality between men and woman would benefit the economy and society as a whole.
