In this study using research methods, describing, comparing, and finally the method of analysis, it is described one destination and her tourist offer with which it appears on the market. The gradual development of the tourist offer, were analyzed all the the disadvantages, ie, factors affecting on its weak and slow development in relation to the surrounding market, and also were analyzed all the potential that this destination can offer in order to offer its visitors maximum service quality. With its possibilities and resources, the Municipality of Marina has a high potential for tourism development, and this is shown through the last few years, with the growing availability of additional facilities, large accommodation facilities and the increasing overnight stays in this area. However, the basic tourist product meets only seasonal character of the tourist offer and that require investments and new projects extra high-quality offer, as well as better infrastructure in the municipality, in order to continue the development of tourism.
