Consumer satisfaction is an extremely complex but common term that expresses their positive attitude and the experience gained after purchasing and consuming a certain product or service. Consumer satisfaction is primarily subjective and varied because, if the consumer's experiences are better than his expectations, it is about satisfaction. However, if the experiences are worse than the consumer's expectations, it is a matter of dissatisfaction. Precisely because of this, with the aim of satisfying their consumers, companies resort to constant measurement of the same. The most important thing is that the company constantly measures the satisfaction of its consumers and adapts its own products and services precisely to consumers. With this goal, companies use various techniques and methods, and one of them is the survey questionnaire method, which was also carried out for the purposes of this final paper. The questionnaire was filled out by students of the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Polytechnic in Šibenik, and we wanted to find out from them whether and to what extent they were satisfied with their student internship. Although there are certain objections, it can be concluded from the obtained results that the surveyed students are quite satisfied with student practice.
