Labor law is a special branch of law that studies labor relations and derives it s origin from civil law. The subjects of employment are only the employee and the employer, while the subjects of labor law are a large number of person and institutions. Subject of labor law can be divided into individual and collective entities. The right to work in Republic of Croatia is regulated by Article 55 of the Constitution of teh Republic of Croatia. Student status is acquired by enrolling in a university, polytechnic or college, and is proven by an appropriate student document, whose content and access and editing of content, drafting, publishing, use and cancellation, prescribed by the Ministe, and the formo f university, polytechnic or college. The Law on Student Affairs introduced new measures that protect student rights and student work. The Government of the Republic of Croatia has passed a provision that the minimum student hourly wage will amount to HRK 26.56, more precisely, the Government has decided to raise the gross minimum to HRK 4,250. The new provisions came into forceon 1 January 2020.
