This work points to the security measures that Windows provides to its users in order to remain as protected as possible from malicious attacks. Windows operating systems have been improving their technology for years to ensure the security of their users. However, as security technologies are advancing, computer data abuses are also increasing. The work is dedicated to getting familiar with the security aspects of the Windows 10 operating system that come to our bundle without any additional installs. The work is divided into several units. Introduction to the work, we became familiar with the emergence of Windows operating systems, their changes and improvements, and their aspirations to the perfect, simple set of devices that will meet the most demanding user requirements and provide maximum security. After the journey from the past and the beginning we have come to today's most modern Windows 10 operating system, to which we have been based and a little bit better acquainted with its capabilities and add-ons as far as security is concerned, which a great deal of users neglects or is unfamiliar with their importance. At the end of the paper is the conclusion of the whole work in which, in my opinion, users who trust computers too much and leave very important data and do not use the necessary protection measures are in great trouble, it is only a matter of time when they will understand it.
