Company will always depend on the quality of products and services that it provides to their customers because of today's competitive environment. There is no production as conscious human activity which does not generate and does not imply costs. In the structure of total costs there is a certain amount of costs that we call quality costs. They differ from the other costs according to their characteristics. Quality costs can have a significant share in the organization's overall cost structure and therefore they need to be monitored and controlled. As information about costs are of great importance when decisions are made at all levels of management, monitoring quality costs in service will improve the control of the business process and ultimately achieve long-term positive business results. By effectively communicating and analyzing quality costs, management is in a position to assess and control better the activities related to quality improvement and to plan the course of future initiatives. Cost managment is a serious, constant and long-lasting of the postivie relations of the menager towards the costs, as well a process of constant estimation of cost relations towards with benefits of these costs.
