Abstract
Rad analizira proizvodnju vode odnosno proces proizvodnje vode od vodoopskrbe pa sve do punjenja u boce kao konačan proizvod spreman za upotrebu. Proces je usklađen s pravilima HACCP sustava kao bitne stavke za sigurnost vode za piće odnosno za bilo koju ljudsku upotrebu. HACCP predstavlja integrirani preventivni sustav koji osigurava sigurnost hrane u svakom dijelu procesa proizvodnje i distribucije, čime doprinosi smanjenju rizika po zdravlje stanovništva. Koraci u procjeni rizika vodoopskrbe... More su identifikacija opasnosti, utvrđivanje vrste opasnosti, procjena izloženosti te procjena rizika. Kod procjene se utvrđuje stupanj vjerojatnosti da će se pojaviti negativni efekti na zdravlje nakon izloženosti materijama. Glavna svrha standarda o kvaliteti vode za piće je zaštita javnog zdravlja, te se takvi standardi primjenjuju na flaširanu vodu i led za ljudsku upotrebu. Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the production of water, or the process of water production from water supply until it is loaded into the bottle as the finished product ready for use. The process is in line with the HACCP system rules as an essential item for drinking water safety or for any human use. HACCP represents an integrated preventive system that ensures food safety in every part of the production and distribution process, thereby contributing to reducing the risk to the health of the population.... More Steps in assessing water supply risk are identifying dangers, identifying hazard types, assessing exposure, and risk assessments. When assessing, the degree of likelihood of adverse effects on health after exposure to the substances will be determined. The main purpose of drinking water quality standards is to protect public health, and such standards apply to bottled water and ice for human consumption.
