Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi temom inovacija na polju turizma u ruralnim sredinama. Rad je podijeljen u cjeline koje se bave inovacijama, kao i njihovim primjenama. Kao i većina inovacija u današnjem svijetu, i ovaj rad se opsežno bavi inovacijama u informacijskim tehnologijama. Rad ne ulazi duboko u tehničke detalje samih inovacija, već se bavi njihovom primjenom u turizmu, posljedicama i načinima na koje se poduzetnik u turizmu može najbolje pripremiti na promjene. Utjecaji inovacija u turizmu su značajni i dalekosežni. Načini na koje se dosada vršila komunikacija također doživljavaju korjenite promjene. Od poduzetnika se traži da bude proaktivan, da sudjeluje u globalizacijskim trendovima, kao i da bude kreator promjena u lokalnoj sredini.
Abstract (english)
This work is written around innovations in field of tourism in rural settings. Work is divided in parts which are talking about innovations, and innovations application. As most innovations in today world, this work is substantially based on innovations in informational technologies. Work does not go deep in technical aspect of innovations, but reflects on application of innovation in tourism, consequences and ways entrepreneurs prepare themselves for changes. Influences of innovations in tourism are considerable and long-term. Ways of conducting communication are changing significantly. Entrepreneurs must be proactive, and they must participate in global changes. They also need to be creators of change in local environment.
