Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su visoko proteinske namirnice. Cilj ove teme je pobliže objasniti što su proteini i koju ulogu imaju u ljudskom organizmu. U prvom dijelu je definirano što su proteini i aminokiseline, njihova podjela i njihove funkcije u ljudskom organizmu. Nakon toga opisano je koji je optimalni dnevni unos proteina u organizam te što se događa s tijelom kada dođe do trovanja hranom bogatom proteinima. Detaljnije je opisana hrana biljnog (orašasti plodovi, mahunarke, grahorice) te životinjskog porijekla (meso, jaja, mlijeko, riba) koja obiluje proteinima, i na kraju uloga proteina kod profesionalnih sportaša.
Abstract (english)
Subject of this term paper is High protein food. Purpose of subject is to take a closer explonation of what are the proteins and function in human organism. In first part has been define proteins and amino acids, their devide and function in human organism. After that, it's explained daily dose of proteins in organism and disadvantages of high protein diet. Plant protein food (nuts, legumes, etc...) and animal food origin as meat, eggs, milk and fish with highest protein content and the male role of proteins for athletes endurance.
