Abstract
Krv je crvena, neprozirna, gusta tekućina potrebna za funkciju svih organa i stanica. Organizam čovjeka proizvodi tokom života dovoljnu količinu krvi za normalno funkcioniranje tijela, ali u slučaju gubitaka većih količina krvi nužno je pristupiti transfuziji. Za transfuzije jako je važno znati krvnu grupu, kako bi znali kome se može dati krv a tko je može primiti. Osim za transfuziju prema navodima doktora D Adamoa te njegovih suradnika važno je poznavati krvnu grupu iz ABO sistema kako bi se pravilno hranili. Po istraživanjima doktora D Adamoa krvna grupa svake osobe daje odgovore na to što i kako jesti te koje namirnice izbjegavati. Osim vrste prehrane doktor D Adamo govori o načinima ponašanja, reakcijama na stres, vježbanju te mnogim drugim elementima koji su vezani uz prehranu te zdrav način života.
Abstract (english)
The blood is a substance which is necessary for the function of all the organs and cells. The human body produces during life enough blood for normal body functioning. But in the case of loss of large quantities of blood transfusion is necessary to access. For transfusion is very important to know your blood type, so they know who can give blood and who can receive. Except for transfusion according to the doctor D Adamo and his associates, it is important to know the blood group of AB0 system to be properly fed. According to research doctors D Adamou blood type each person gives answers to what and how to eat and which foods to avoid. In addition to diets Dr. D Adamo discusses ways of behavior, reactions to stress, exercise, and many other elements that are related to nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
