Abstract
Globalizacija kao proces ne predstavlja novost u društvenim procesima. Same početke globalizacije, kao fenomena i procesa može se tražiti još u davnoj ljudskoj prošlosti, no naročito se počela intenzivirati početkom prve industrijske revolucije, dok osobitu akceleraciju dobiva početkom informatičkog doba kada se i počinje upotrebljavati sam termin globalizacija. Globalizaciju se ne može odrediti niti kao pozitivan, niti kao negativan fenomen. Govoreći o rizicima globalizacije, u prvom redu nastojalo se objasniti izazove pred kojima se nalazi suvremeni svijet u procesima suvremene globalizacije. U političko pravnom smislu ti rizici predstavljaju ideološke, međunarodno-pravne i sigurnosne, u gospodarskom smislu globalizacijski rizici prvenstveno se odnose na još uvijek preveliki jaz između bogatih i siromašnih, kao i pajačano nadgledanje pojednih međunarodnih ekonosmkih institucija kao suvremenih centara moći u odnosu prema gospodarskim politikama pojedinih država. Kulturni rizici globalizacije odnose se na sve veće nametanje engleskog jezika kao univerzalnog svjetskog jezika koji potiskuje ostale, ne samo velike svjetske jezike, pri čemu se gubi i dio nacionalnog identiteta pojedinih naroda. Globalizacija kao fenomen već kao suvremeno svjetsko kretanje koji sa sobom donosi niz popratnih kako pozitivnih tako i negativnih pojava.
Abstract (english)
The process of globalization is not new in social processes. The beginnings of globalization, as a phenomenon and a process can be even found in an ancient human history, but particular it began to intensify at the start of the first industrial revolution, while we get distinctive acceleration in early information age when the term "globalization" comes to life. Globalization can not be determined as a positive or a negative phenomenon. Talking about risks, first we need to explain the challenges of a modern world in a process of a modern globalization. From political law point of view, it presents ideological, international law and safety risks. Economy firstly points to a large gap between the rich and the poor, and amplified monitoring of a certain international economy institutions as a modern centers of power in a relation to economy politics of certain countries. Cultural risks are pointing to a more growing enforcement of english language as a universal world language that pushes out other languages, whereat we lose a part of the national identity of certain nations. Globalization as a phenomenon, but also as a modern world movement that brings series of positive and negative changes.
