Ovaj rad temeljiti se na ravnopravnosti spolova, s naglaskom na diskriminaciju žena pri zapošljavanju na rukovodećim mjestima. I Republika Hrvatska je kao i ostale članice Europske Unije prepoznala značaj žena oporavku i daljnjem razvoja gospodarstva. Političke odrednice i poslovne smjernice okrenule su se razvoju poduzetništva sa posebnim mjerama za žensko poduzetništvo. Abstract (english)
This paper is based on gender equality, with focus on discrimination against women at employment in managerial positions. Republic of Croatia recognized, as well as other members of the European Union, the importance of women for recovery and further growth of the country's economy. Political and operating guidelines turned toward the development of entrepreneurship with specific measures for women's entrepreneurship.
