Abstract
Tema samog rada je prikazati gastro ponudu grada Trogira. Navode se karakteristike mediteranske prehrane te se važne namirnice zasebno kratko pojašnjavaju. Istražuje se povijest trogirske gastronomije s osvrtom na obitelj Garagnin-Fanfogna i njihovu kuhinju. Uz gastro ponudu grada Trogira kratko se opisuje vino i vinogradarstvo Trogira kroz stoljeća te aktualne poteškoće u proizvodnji i ponudi u lokalnim restoranima. Učinjena je analiza aktualne ponude na temelju koje se donose zaključci.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is to present the gastronomic offer of the city of Trogir. The characteristics of the Mediterranean diet are listed and the important foods are briefly explained separately. The history of Trogir gastronomy is explored with the reference to the Garagnin-Fanfogna family and their cuisine. Also, the wine and viticulture of Trogir over the centuries is briefly described along with the current difficulties in the production and offer in local restaurants. An analysis of the current offer is made and the conclusions are drawn accordingly.
