Abstract
Tema ovog rada bila je značaj inovacijskog menadžmenta. Cilj ovog rada bio je pobliže objasniti pojam i vrste inovacija, te razvoj inovacijskih procesa i značaj inovacijskog menadžmenta. Ovaj završni rad sastoji se od tri dijela, prvog dijela koji pojmovno određuje inovacije, drugog o inovacijskom menadžmentu i trećeg koji objašnjava poticanje inovacija.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper was the importance of innovation management. The aim of this paper was to explain in more detail the concept and types of innovation, as well as the development of innovation processes and the importance of innovation management. This thesis consists of three parts, the first part conceptually defines innovation, the second part is about innovation management and the third part explains the stimulation of innovation.
