Abstract
Diferencijom hotelske ponude utječe se na povećanje potražnje. Shodno tome u Republici Hrvatskoj dolazi do povećanja ponude heritage hotela odnosno hotel baština koja se po nekim obilježjima razlikuje od ostalih vrsta hotela. Povećanje broja heritage hotela je uzrokovano povećanjem turističkog prometa i turističke potražnje, a isto tako i strateškog opredjeljenja nekih gradova za revitalizaciju starih gradskih jezgri. Mnogobrojne destinacije koriste svoju povijesnu baštinu i kulturne resurse kako bi povećale svoju konkurentsku prednost. Hoteli baština su svojevrsna nadgradnja kulturne ponude destinacije te su bitni radi očuvanja i promicanja baštine u bilo kojoj destinaciji. Cilj rada je analizirati hotelijerstvo i ponudu hotela baština u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The differentiation of hotel supply affects the increase in demand. Consequently, in the Republic of Croatia there is an increase in the offer of heritage hotels, ie heritage hotels, which differ in some respects from other types of hotels. The increase in the number of heritage hotels is caused by the increase in tourist traffic and tourist demand, as well as the strategic commitment of some cities to revitalize the old city centers. Many destinations use their historical heritage and cultural resources to increase their competitive advantage. Heritage hotels are a kind of upgrade of the cultural offer of the destination and are important for the preservation and promotion of heritage in any destination. The aim of this paper is to analyze the hotel industry and the offer of heritage hotels in the Republic of Croatia.
