Abstract
Predmet ovoga diplomskoga rada jest analiza financijskih izvještaja Izvor osiguranja prije prijenosa portfelja u Generali osiguranje. Analiza poslovanja provest će se kroz financijska izvješća pomoću financijskih pokazatelja (likvidnosti, profitabilnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti i ekonomičnosti) te pomoću horizontalne i vertikalne analize bilance kao i računa dobiti i gubitka. Nakon analize Izvor osiguranja usporedit ćemo poslovne prihode Generali osiguranja d.d. prije i nakon prijenosa portfelja te odrediti kakav su utjecaj prijenos portfelja Izvor osiguranja te pojava pandemije Covida-19 imali na poslovanje društva. Cilj rada je analiza poslovanja osiguravajućeg društva Izvor osiguranja u posljednjoj i pretposljednjoj godini postojanja kako bismo odredili koji su faktori doveli do prodaje u Generali osiguranje te potom kratko analizirati koliko je pridruživanje (kupovina Izvor osiguranja) bilo poslovno uspješno za Generali osiguranje.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this diploma work is a financial report analysis of Izvor osiguranje insurance company before investment portfolio transfer to Generali osiguranje dd. The company's financial reports are used to acquire financial ratios ( liquidity, profitability,solvency, efficiency and coverage ratio) for the business analysis. The balance analysis and income statements are going to be used also. After analysing Izvor osiguranje and Generali osiguranje dd. business income , before and after portfolio transfer, is going to be compared in order to determine the influence of the transfer and the Covid-19 outbreak on the company's business. The aim of the work is to analyse Izvor osiguranje business in its ultimate and penultimate year in order to determine factors that had resulted in Generali osiguranje dd purchase. The short analysis has been made to show how efficient the acquisition has been for Generali osiguranje dd. insurance company.
