Abstract
Posljednjih godina upravljanje sigurnošću hranom postaje sve važnije pa je tako u Republici Hrvatskoj bitno unaprjeđeno u posljednja dva desetljeća. Način osiguranja sigurnosti hrane doživio je promjene na globalnoj razini, a može se postići privatnom regulacijom i regulacijom od strane države, tj. zakonskim propisima. Zakonskim se propisima o zdravstvenoj ispravnosti i kontroli hrane prvenstveno štiti zdravlje potrošača što je vrlo važno. Kako i uopće, tako je i u turizmu vrlo važno osigurati da hrana bude zdravstveno ispravna i sigurna za konzumiranje. Iz tog se razloga konstantno radi na donošenju novih zakonskih propisa kojima se propisuju uvjeti koje moraju poštovati svi subjekti u poslovanju s hranom. U ovome će se radu prikazati područje sigurnosti hrane u turizmu Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
In recent years, food safety management has become increasingly important, so in the Republic of Croatia it has significantly improved in the last two decades. The way of ensuring food safety has undergone changes on a global level, and can be achieved by private regulation and regulation by the state, ie. legal regulations. Legislation on food safety and control primarily protects the health of consumers, which is very important. As in general, it is very important in tourism to ensure that food is healthy and safe to consume. For this reason, we are constantly working on the adoption of new legislation that prescribes the conditions that must be met by all entities in the food business. This paper will present the area of food safety in tourism in the Republic of Croatia.
