Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je problematika suvremenih trnedova u prehrani, odnosno pripremi i degustaciji jela. Prehrana je uvijek bila presudan element preživljavanja. Hrana znači sve ono što se unosi u tijelo kako bismo nadoknadili utrošenu energiju ili potaknuli rast i razvoj organizma, a može biti biljnog i životinjskog podrijetla. Hrana služi rastu, održavanju života, obnavljanju organa i tjelesnoj aktivnosti. Za svoje potrebe ljudsko tijelo iz hrane crpi osnovne sastojke hrane, odnosno hranjive sastojke, a to su: proteini, masti, ugljikohidrati, vitamini, minerali i elementi u tragovima. Voda je također uključena u hranu, zbog svog univerzalnog značenja za život. Zdrav i uravnotežen jelovnik trebao bi sadržavati odgovarajuće količine svih navedenih skupina hrane.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the issue of modern food trends, ie preparation and tasting of dishes. Nutrition has always been a crucial element of survival. Food means everything that we take into the body to compensate for the energy expended or encourage the growth and development of the organism, and can be of plant and animal origin. Food serves growth, life support, organ renewal and physical activity. For its needs, the human body draws from food the basic ingredients of food, ie nutrients, which are: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Water is also included in food, because of its universal significance for life. A healthy and balanced menu should contain adequate amounts of all the listed food groups.
