AbstractInovacije su stalno potebne kako bi opstali na ovom konkurentskom tržištu. Najbolji brendovi to znaju stoga uvijek rade na inoviranju postojećih i stvaranju novih proizvoda, te potvrđivanju zbog čega su postali svjetski brendovi. Predstaviti proizvod na način da ljudi misle kako ga moraju kupiti i imati je umijeće koje znaju samo najbolji. Spojiti nespojive stvari na način da rade izvrsno je talent koji karakterizira najbolje inovatore. Kompanije koje žele ostati na vrhu moraju pratiti promjene koje se događaju i ne smiju si dopustiti da zaostaju za konkurencijom. Biti brend je težak proces koji zahtijeva konstantno usavršavanje i težnju za izvrsnošću. U tome svemu veliku ulogu imaju ljudi koji su često i glavni pokretač kompanije.

Parallel abstract (English)Innovations are constantly necessary in order to survive on this competitive market. Best brands know that so they always work on innovating existing and creating new products as well as confirming why they’ve become world brands. Introducing products in a way that people think that they must buy it and have it is a skill only the best have. Combine incompatible things in a way that they work excellent is a talent that characterize best innovators. Companies in order to stay on top must observe changes that happen and must not allow themselves to fall behind the competition. Being brand is a difficult process which requires constant improvement and tendency to excellence. Big part of that have people which are often the main engine of company.
