Abstract
Alergija i intolerancija su vrlo česte bolesti današnjice. Od njih obolijeva velik broj stanovništva razvijenih zemalja. Na takvo stanje utječu različiti čimbenici suvremenog života i rada. Industrijska proizvodnja neprestano uvodi nove tehnologije i proizvode te se proizvodnja hrane odvija na drukčiji način nego u prošlosti. Mnogi liječnici pokušavaju pronaći uzrok alergiji, da bi stvorili lijek za milijune ljudi, koji pate od alergijskih reakcija, međutim, svi lijekovi za alergiju djeluju na takav način da samo ublažavaju simptome alergije. Stoga, čovjek koji se želi izliječiti od alergije, trebao bi se okrenuti prirodi u smislu konzumacije što prirodnije hrane, te raditi na iscjeljenju alergije na mentalnoj razini, primjerice putem meditacije i povratku samome sebi.
Abstract (english)
Allergies and intolerance are very common diseases of today. Large number of population living in developed countires suffers from them. This situation is influenced by various factors of modern life and work. Industrial production is constantly introducing new technologies and products and food production takes place in a different way than in the past. Many doctors are trying to find the cause of allergies, to create a cure for millions of people who suffer from allergic reactions, however, all the allergy medicines act in such a way as to only alleviate the symptoms of allergies. Therefore, a person who wants to cure allergies should turn to nature in terms of eating as naturally as food, and work on healing allergy at the mental level, for example by meditation and returning to oneself.
