Abstract
Troškovi su vrijednosni izraz ulaganja osnovnih elemenata proizvodnje, koja nastaju radi stvaranja novih učinaka i stjecanja dobitka. U troškove ubrajamo tekuća ulaganja elemenata proizvodnje koja nastaju u poslovanju gospodarskih subjekata, a uvijek su izražena u novcu. Trošak se matematički može utvrditi kao umnožak količine potrošenog resursa i njegove nabavne cijene, koja je izražena u određenom novčanom iznosu za jedinicu količine resursa. Upravljanje troškovima definira se kao postizanje menadžerskih ciljeva na temelju optimalnog angažiranja troškova. Upravljanje troškovima poseban je način upravljanja poduzećem i voñenja poslovanja koji najveću važnost u postizanju organizacijskih ciljeva pridaje optimizaciji troškova.
Abstract (english)
Costs are a value expression of the investment of basic production elements that are made to create new impacts and gains. Costs include current investments of the elements of production that arise in the business of economic entities, and are always expressed in money. The cost can be mathematically determined as a multiplication of the amount of resources spent and its purchase price, which is expressed in a given amount of money for the unit of resource amount. Cost management is defined as achieving management goals based on optimum cost engagement. Cost Management is a unique way of managing a business and running a business that attaches value to cost optimization to the achievement of organizational goals.
