Abstract
Pružanje usluga u turizmu i intelektualni rad tema su moga završnog rada. Završni rad se sastoji od uvoda, središnjeg dijela, zaključka i literature. U uvodnom dijelu ću objasniti pojam turizma te što sve utječe na poboljšanje uspješnosti. Obrazložit ću pravni okvir u turizmu obuhvaćajući sve njegove važnije stavke. Pružanje usluga u turizmu obuhvaća usluge turističkog vodiča, turističkog pratitelja, turističkog animatora koji imaju važnu ulogu u širenju turističke ponude. Intelektualni kapital utječe na profitabilnost i konkurentnost tvrtke te nastaje uslijed trendova inovativnosti, kreativnosti i dodatnog usavršavanja. U središnjem dijelu ću definirati skupine turističkih ugovora te njihove najvažnije značajke.
Abstract (english)
Providing services in tourism and intellectual work are the topics of my final work. The final work consists of the introduction, the central part, the conclusion and the literature. In the introductory section, I will explain the concept of tourism and all that will affect the improvement of performance. I will explain the legal framework in tourism, including all its more important items. Providing tourism services includes tour guide services, tourist escorts, tourist animators who play an important role in expanding the tourist offer. Intellectual capital affects the company's profitability and competitiveness and is due to trends of innovation, creativity and further training. In the central part I will define groups of tourist agreements and their most important features.
