Abstract
Menadžment je funkcija koja koordinira ljudske napore kako bi mogli izvršiti određene ciljeve. Menadžeri moraju posjedovati različita znanja i vještine kako bi bili uspješni u svom poslu. Utjecaj menadžera je ograničen međuljudskim odnosima jer on može steći ovlasti i nadležnosti, ali ih isto tako može i izgubiti. Komunikacija je bitna stavka uspješnosti organizacije i njezinog poslovanja te mora uvijek biti razumljiva i jasna. Potreba za moći jedna je od temeljnih ljudskih potreba i čimbenik organizacijskog ponašanja. Moć podrazumijeva sve što menadžerima daje prednost pred zaposlenicima. Menadžerska pozicija, izvori i način korištenja moći čine osnovnu razliku među menadžerima. Moć u organizaciji potječe iz pet izvora: legitimna moć, moć nagrađivanja, moć kažnjavanja, referentna moć i ekspertna moć. Menadžerska etika uspostavlja standarde u odnosu na ono što je dobro ili loše u vođenju i donošenju odluka.
Abstract (english)
Management is a function that coordinates human efforts to achieve certain goals. Managers must have different knowledge and skills to be successful in their work. The influence of a manager is limited to interpersonal relationships, as he can gain authority and authority but can also lose them. Communication is an essential element of the organization's success and it’s business of fear always being understandable and clear. The need for power is one of the basic human needs and the factor of organizational behavior. Power implies all that gives managers advantages over their employees. Managerial position, sources and the way of using power make the basic difference between managers. The power of organization comes from five sources: legitimate power, reward power, the power of punishment, reference power, and expert power. Management ethics sets standards in relation to what is good or bad in running and making decisions.
