Abstract
U ovome radu razrađeno je poslovno odlučivanje, njegovi problemi te računalna tehnologija koja je olakšala problematiku odlučivanja. Poslovno odlučivanje je proces donošenja odluka, rješenja, koji su izrazito važni za funkcioniranje te napredak u pozitivnom poslovanju poduzeća. Informatička tehnologija je pomogla menadžerima da u što kraćem roku, korištenjem što manje resursa, donesu odluku za samo poduzeće. Koristimo vrlo kompleksan, ali jednostavan softver za korištenje, imenom Excel, koji nam sve to i omogućava. Excel je analitički informatički program za grafo-analitičku i tabletarnu obradu podataka, te on uvelike olakšava rad u poslovanju poduzeća. Dok je softver imenom Power BI vrlo moćan alat za vizualizaciju tih podataka, što nam pomaže lakše očitati i pratiti podatke kako bi se mogli fokusirati na najbitnije unutar poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, business decision making, it’s problems and computer technology have been elaborated, which facilitated decision making process. Business decision is a process of making decisions, solutions, that is extremely important for functioning positively on business. IT technology has helped managers to make the decision for the company as quickly as possible, using as little resources as possible. We use a very complex but simple software named Excel, which allows us all of this. Excel is an analytical computing program for graph analytical and tablet data processing, and it greatly facilitates work in business operations. Other software called Power BI is a very powerful tool for visualizing data, it helps us read and track data so we can focus on the most important within a company.
