This final work analyzes the diet of women. The purpose of this paper is to know the importance of healthy eating and to implement a healthy diet in a woman's daily life. A healthy diet means bringing in a variety of healthy foods (from all groups of healthy food pyramids), feeding in moderate amounts, or as much as your body needs to feed foods around the clock at approximately the same time. The objective of this paper is to point to the importance of proper nutrition for women's health, which varies depending on the age of the woman. The hypothesis that we have carried out in the paper has proved to be "evidence that women are foods important when choosing accommodation is important but not crucial for the final decision". During the hypothesis research and demonstration the following methods were used: analytical method, synthesis method, indication method, deduction method, detection method, discretion method and questionnaire testing method.
