Abstract
U radu se obrađuju modeli upravljanja kvalitetom. Model upravljanja kvalitetom označava pristup implementaciji sustava upravljanja kvalitetom te je zadaća svake poslovne organizacije odabrati model upravljanja kvalitetom koji je sukladan tipu djelatnosti kojom se organizacija bavi, vrsti proizvoda i usluga koje pruža te sektoru u kojem djeluje. U radu su prikazani sveobuhvatni modeli upravljanja kvalitetom Malcolm Baldridge, ISO 9000 ff, EFQM, Six Sigma i TQM kao i modeli upravljanja kvalitetom koji su posebno prilagođeni za potrebe neprofitnih organizacija, a to su modeli PQUASSO i SOKNO. Temeljni zaključak rada je da ne postoji idealni model upravljanja kvalitetom već je prilikom odabira modela upravljanja kvalitetom nužno postići optimalan sklad između značajki poduzeća i značajki modela upravljanja kvalitetom
Abstract (english)
The features of quality management models are the theme of the research. A quality management model is related to approach that company uses in order to implement a quality management system, and a task of each organization is to select a quality management model that is consistent with the type of activity the organization deals with, the type of products and services it provides and sector in which it operates. This paper presents comprehensive Malcolm Baldridge, ISO 9000 ff, EFQM, Six Sigma and TQM quality management models as well as quality management models tailored to the needs of non-profit organizations, namely PQUASSO and SOKNO models. The basic conclusion is that there is no ideal quality management model, but when selecting a quality management model, it is necessary to achieve the optimal harmony between the company's features and the quality management model features.
