Abstract
U današnjem kompleksnom poslovnom svijetu dobro poslovno vođenje temeljna je komponenta uspješnog biznisa. Nitko se do sad nije rodio s karakteristikama dobrog menadžeri, ali određene su mu osobine i te kako urođene. Sve ostale karakteristike se stvaraju kroz iskustvo i rad na sebi edukacijom, treninzima i usavršavanjem. Vještine upravljanja poslovanjem važan su doprinos bilo kojoj tvrtki. Zbog toga bi se menadžer trebao razviti u punom potencijalu kako bi bio uspješan u svojoj organizaciji. Postoji mnogo načina za poboljšanje vještina upravljanja tvrtkom. Emocije na radnom mjestu imaju veliku ulogu u tome kako cijela organizacija komunicira unutar i izvan poduzeća. Što je emocionalna inteligencija, kako se stječe i zašto je toliko bitna u životu pojedinca i menadžmenta? Emocionalna inteligencija može uvelike utjecati na život i karijeru, pa je važno točno razumjeti što je to i zašto je tako važna.
Abstract (english)
In today's complex business world, good business leadership is the core component of a successful business. No one has yet been born with the characteristics of a good manager, but it has certain characteristics and how you are born. All the other features are created through experience and work on education, training and perfecting. Business management skills are an important contribution to any company. For this reason, the manager should develop in full potential to be successful in his organization. There are many ways to improve business management skills. Emotions in the workplace play a big part in how the entire organization communicates inside and outside the enterprise. What is emotional intelligence, how is it gained, and why is it so important in the life of an individual and management? Emotional intelligence can greatly affect a life and career, so it's important to understand exactly what it is and why it's so important.
