Abstract
Tema ovog rada je pravni položaj obrta. Obrt je jedan od čestih oblika poduzetničkog djelovanja u Hrvatskoj. Pod obrtom podrazumijevamo samostalno i trajno obavljanje dopuštenih gospodarskih djelatnosti u skladu s Zakonom, od stane fizičkih osoba sa svrhom postizanja dobiti, koja se ostvaruje proizvodnjom, prometom ili pružanjem usluga na tržištu. Obrtnik je osoba koja obavlja bilo koju djelatnost u svoje ime i za svoj račun. Može se koristiti radom drugih osoba i obavljati bilo koju djelatnost... More koja nije zakonom zabranjena. Kroz rad su prikazane vrste obrta koje postoje, kako se obrt osniva, njegovo funkcioniranje i poslovanje, organiziranost obrta, obrasci koji se koriste u poslovanju obrta, te privremena obustava i zatvaranje obrta. Karakteristike obrta su što nema temeljnog kapitala, mali su troškovi osnivanja, odluke se donose brzo i poslovanje je relativno trajno. Obrt nema osnivača, po postupku otvaranja obrta fizička osoba postaje obrtnikom. Jedna od glavnih specifičnosti obrta je da omogućava samozapošljavanje i na taj način smanjuje nezaposlenost i doprinosi razvoju gospodarstva. Less
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is the legal position of craftsmanship. Craft is one of many forms of entrepreneurial activity in Croatia. Under the terms of trade, we mean independently and permanently performing permitted economic activities in accordance with the Act, from natural persons to profit, generated by production, traffic or provision of services on the market. A craftsman is a person who carries out any activity on his behalf and for his account. He can use the work of other people and... More perform any activity that is not prohibited by law. Chapters throughout the final paper explain the types of trades that exist, how craft is founded, its functioning and business, the organization of trades, the patterns used in the business of crafts, and the temporary suspension and closure of trades. Trademarks of the craft are that there is no fund equity, little cost of establishment, decisions are made quickly and business is relatively lasting. The craft has no founder, the process of opening the craft makes the natural person a craftsman. One of the main features of the business is to enable self-employment and thereby reduce unemployment and contribute to the development of the economy. Less
