Abstract
Upravljanje i kontroliranje troškova danas je izuzetno bitna značajka kvalitetnog menadžmenta i njegovih mogućnosti. Većina poduzeća usmjerena je na povećanje prihoda, pritom ne pazeći na troškove i njihov utjecaj u cjelokupnom poslovanju. Zbog toga je izuzetno važno provoditi kontrolu troškova kako bi krajnji rezultat bio povoljan za samo poduzeće i njegove dioničare. Primjer dobrog upravljanja i kontroliranja troškova vidi se u društvima Maistra d.d. i Sunčani Hvar d.d. koji su nakon niza neuspješnih godina uspjeli vratiti financijsku stabilnost. Orijentirani na turizam i s njime povezane turističke i ostale usluge, društva su ostvarila značajne rezultate u posljednjih nekoliko godina ulaganjem u svoju imovinu i alokacijom troškova na mjesta na kojima se stvaraju dodatni prihodi. Obnova postojećih hotela i povećanje broja kapaciteta omogućili su društvima povoljne financijske rezultate. U ovom radu analizirana su godišnja izvješća društava kao i međusobna usporedba poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Managing and controlling costs today is an extremely important feature of quality management and its possibilities. Most companies focuses on increasing revenues, without paying attention to costs and their impact in the overall business. It is extremely important to implement cost control according to the financial result for the company itself and its shareholders. An example of good management and controlling costs are companies Maistra Ltd. and Sunčani Hvar Ltd. Who, after a series of unsuccessful years managed to restore financial stability oriented to tourism and its related tourism and other services, the companies have achieved significant results in recent years by investing in their property and the allocation of costs to places that create additional revenues. Renovation of the existing hotel capacity and increase the number of enabled gave the companies better financial results. This work analysis the annual reports of the companies and mutual comparison of business.
