Abstract
Današnje poslovanje odvija se brzo i dinamično. Uvjeti na tržištu i brojna konkurencija dopuštaju samo najboljima da opstanu. A najbolja su ona poduzeća koja uspješno udovoljavaju zahtjevima i potrebama svojih kupaca. To se prvenstveno odnosi na zahtjeve kvalitete samog proizvoda, stoga je moderna organizacija poslovanja bez Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom nezamisliva. U nastojanju da kontinuirano podižu razinu kvalitete u organizaciji, stručni timovi, pojedinci i menadžment koriste dostupne alate i metode za praćenje procesa i rješavanje mogućih problema. Oni im pomažu u donošenju kvalitetnijih odluka. Suvremeni načini rada u tim procesima podizanja razine kvalitete odvijaju se pomoću mnogobrojnih dostupnih metoda i alata. Sve te tehnike koriste se kako od strane stručnih timova i pojedinaca, tako i od samog menadžmenta organizacije. Za svaki problem koji se nastoji riješiti postoje odgovarajuće metode te je potrebno pravilno odabrati koja će se upotrijebiti za koju aktivnost u cilju postizanja optimalnih rezultata poboljšavanja Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom.
Abstract (english)
Today's business is fast and dynamic. Market conditions and numerous competition only allow the best to survive. And the best are those companies that successfully meet the demands and needs of their customers. This primarily applies to the quality requirements of the product itself, so a modern business organization without a Quality Management System is unthinkable. In an effort to continuously raise the quality of the organization, professional teams, individuals, and management use the tools and methods available to track processes and address potential problems. They help them make better decisions. Contemporary modes of work in these quality-enhancing processes take place through a variety of available methods and tools. All these techniques are used by professional teams and individuals, as well as by the organization's own management. For each problem you are trying to solve, there are appropriate methods, and you need to choose which activity you want to use in order to achieve the optimum results of the Improvement of the Quality Management System.
