Abstract
Primjena Interneta i drugih digitalnih tehnologija znatno je utjecala na cijenu, ali i promjene u svim ostalim elementima marketinškog miksa. U tom procesu dominira prihvaćenost dinamičkog određivanja cijena, odnosno cjenovne diskriminacije koja zbog mogućnosti određivanja cij ena u realnom vremenu omogućuje poduzećima potpuno individualiziran pristup određivanju cijena. To je posebno značajno u uslužnim djelatnostima, gdje su digitalne tehnologije u potpunosti redefinirale cjenovne politike poduzeća. Potrošači su svjesni da poduzeća zaračunavaju različite cijene za iste proizvode ili usluge, ali se pojavljuje pitanje percepcije poštenosti tako određenih cijena. Rad donosi pregled utjecaja koji može imati dinamičko određivanje cijena na izajmljivanje smještaja.
Abstract (english)
The use of the Internet and other digital technologies has significantly influenced the price but also the changes in all the other elements of the marketing mix. In this process dominates the acceptance of pricing dynamics, ie price discrimination, which enables businesses to fully individualize the price-fixing approach. This is particularly significant in service activities, where digital technologies have completely redefined the company's pricing policy. Consumers are aware that companies calculate different prices for the same products or services but there is a question of perceiving the inaccuracy of such prices. This paper determines the impact that dynamic pricing has on renting accommodation.
