Abstract
U radu se obrađuje važnost motivacije kao bitan element upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u suvremenom menadžmentu. Motivacija je proces koji je potrebno planirati i provoditi na svim razinama organizacije s ciljem što kvalitetnijeg i učinkovitijeg poslovanja organizacije. Također, dobro odabranom motivacijskom tehnikom se postiže zadovoljstvo zaposlenika i bolje poslovanje. Velika odgovornost je na odjelima ljudskih potencijala koji u suradnji s menadžerima moraju posjedovati znanje motivacijskih teorija i primjenjivati vještine motivacijskih tehnika.
Abstract (english)
This article discusses the importance of motivation as an element of human resource management incontemporary management. Motivation is process that needs to be planned at all stages of the organization in order to insure better and more efficient business organization. Also, with well selected motivational technique is achived employee satisfaction and better business. Great responsibilityis on departments of human resources in cooperation with managers. They must posses knowledge of motivational theory and apply skills of motivational techniques.
