Abstract
Najbitniji dio svakog poslovanja su ljudski resursi. Njihova znanja, sposobnosti, vještine i kompetencije su ključni faktori uspješnog poslovanja i djelovanja svakog poduzeća, organizacije ili institucije. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima postaje danas sve značajnije, a time i zahtjevi koji se postavljaju pred menadžment ljudskih resursa među kojima su stvaranje adekvatne motivacije i vodstva, zapošljavanje i zadržavanje valjanog osoblja, nagrađivanje i pošteno ponašanje prema zaposlenicima, stvaranje klime koja podržava ljude i donosi dobrobit organizaciji. Cilj ovog rada je ispitivanje percepcije i zadovoljstva djelatnika kao važnih dionika u sustavu kvalitete rada i poboljšanja radne uspješnosti na primjeru istraživanja hotela Punta.

An important segment of every organisation are human resources. Human resources, their knowledge, abilities, skills and competence are key factors of successful business operations and activities of every company, organization or institution. Managing human resources becomes increasingly important. Moreover, the claims have to be defined in the same way: making an adequate business motivation and leadership, recruiting and keeping the efficient employees, rewarding and fair conduct, making a pleasant climate which will encourage employees and also brings profit to a certain organisation. The theme of the dissertation was to investigate the perception and satisfaction of employees as important stakeholders in the system, quality of work and improve work efficiency in the case of the Hotel Punta.
